1. Should there be any missing information, your booking request shall be deemed invalid.


2. All organisers/applicants are required to remit the deposit and the full rental payment within 7 working days upon receiving the confirmation email from PHB Property Ventures Berhad. Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking and/or application, at the company’s sole discretion, without prior notice.
